One the most important of my morning essentials is a cup (sometimes a pot) of Green Tea. Green tea is definitely my favourite kind of tea, but still, I do love white tea and the ones made of hibiscus and fruit.
Talking about benefits of drinking this kind of tea, it’s good to know that it is loaded with antioxidants and nutrients that have powerful effects on the body. Also it can lower risk of many diseases like cancer, infections, diabetes.
It is thought that green tea can help you with weight loss or with maintaining your weith. Also it can improve brain functions and help you with concentration or in eldery age it can protect you from Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s.
Personaly, I love green tea. It gives me a boost of will to live, my life energy every single day. In the morning, as it is not that warm (especially when the fall and winter season comes), the cup of my favourite drink warms me up and makes me feel cozy and relaxed, which is very important for me in the morning.
I absolutely recommend drinking green tea after waking up, it makes mornings a little nicer 🙂
