One could claim women love surrounding themelves with beautiful objects.. I guess that’s right..
Another summer crowned beautifully with such an event.
This time very special, 25th anniversary of Qchnia Artystyczna, which can be translated as The Artistic Kitchen, a fantastic place to have a bite, or The Artistic Cusine, which would direct us to the thought of unconventional way of thinking towards culinary issues presented by Marta Gessler – the author and creator of QA.
After visiting various villages and cities on the way, stopping off in Lisboa and spending two weeks at the Algarve coast, for our last stop we chose Porto, an iconic and one of the most popular places in Portugal among the travelers. As we were expected to be, we were happy to be there and had great time spending long hours sipping lemonade, iced tea and coffee in some modern and terrific-looking spots hid in the pedestrian area. What a fantastic ending of our beautiful, family, summertime vacation..
As it was once said,
Coffee is a language in itself.

the best way to discover that culturally fascinating country might be through the taste.
One of the things of the Portuguese cuisine that appealed to me the most, along with white wine made of unripe grapes called vinho verde, was rich in aroma coffee with a delicious aftertaste. Surprisingly, there is the whole other heritage and history of the beans, prepared in a specific way, brewed differently from the well-known Italian method.
If you love coffee as much as I do, I highly encourage you to try Portuguese galão, if you’re up for a caffè latte, cafe com leite, which would be something between cappuccino and flat white, or cafe com nata which is an espresso-like coffee served with sweetened whipped cream on top, all so tasty and so tasteful! I assure you, you won’t regret, such a delicious experience!
definitely some of the most marvelous moments of my life..
such an aesthetically pleasing wonderland..

Life is filled with tragedy, with long patches of struggle and with, I think, beautiful bursts of joy and accomplishment. Blessed with those moments, you just try to relax as much as possible and focus on the little things, like the joy of changing your baby’s diaper.

Once you get to that point when you can just be yourself and relax, I just think that you’re so much happier in general.~ Jacqueline Emerson
